Location: Lone Tree, Colorado, United States; office or hybrid environment
Salary: $124,771.42–$171,560.71 per year

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership for complex aerospace system development.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple projects.
- Oversee engineering analysis, validation, and testing.
- Act as a subject matter expert in design reviews and technical discussions.
- Develop engineering best practices and standards while identifying innovation opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience; an advanced relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Practical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Understanding of computer-aided engineering tools, including CFD simulations and FEA.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary design and development teams.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering.
- Systems Engineering certification or related certification.
- Experience with StarCCM+, CFD++, thermal analysis, aircraft external loads, performance, stability, and control.
- Experience with wind tunnel testing, aircraft flight testing, and system-level modeling and simulation.
- Background in the aerospace and defense industry.
