What you will do
- Analyze logistics processes across warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Develop and implement data-driven initiatives to improve on-time delivery, damage rates, fulfillment accuracy, and delivery cost per order.
- Collaborate with operations, technology, product, and finance teams on logistics improvement projects.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for logistics quality issues.
- Monitor and report the financial impact and ROI of quality improvements.
- Use advanced analytics and statistical methods to forecast performance, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business administration, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain optimization, or operations management, including proven P&L improvement results.
- Strong data analysis skills with SQL, Python, R, advanced Excel, and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience identifying problems, developing solutions, and implementing changes that deliver measurable business value.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other process improvement frameworks.

- Master’s degree.
- Experience with large-scale logistics operations, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery.
