What you will do
- Gather, document, validate, and translate business and functional requirements into user stories and process flows.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Support testing by developing test cases and validating delivered solutions against business requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, and maintain process maps, traceability matrices, and status reports.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirements-gathering role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Confluence, JIRA, and standard collaboration tools.
- U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.
