Corporate Affairs Producer (Video Content)

Location: Toronto office with a flexible hybrid schedule. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 99,000–135,000 in total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target performance bonus.

What you will do

• Create and optimize short-form video content for social media channels.
• Produce new channel-specific videos from ideation through publication.
• Create Fidelity Funds videos and support webcast and podcast growth.
• Develop video-editing guidelines and strengthen production capabilities.
• Support employee advocacy initiatives and improve audience engagement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in content creation and management, talent management, and project management.
• Experience with non-linear editing systems such as Adobe Premiere.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and on-camera presentation skills.
• University degree or equivalent work experience; post-secondary education in communications, information technology, social media, or digital media is relevant.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.
