What you will do
- Support invoice reconciliation and procurement-to-pay activities.
- Assist sourcing managers with category strategy development, spend analysis, and improvement initiatives.
- Support project scoping discussions, stakeholder requirement gathering, and RFQ activities.
- Send and analyze stakeholder survey results for Supplier Business Reviews.
- Work with vendors to address and resolve inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of procurement categories such as professional services, construction, IT infrastructure, data centers, connectivity, or technology NPI.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis functions.
- Strong communication, teamwork, project management, decision-making, and client service skills.
- Analytical, self-driven, and able to learn client-specific processes, systems, terminology, and requirements.

- Consulting or client service delivery experience.
