Location: Open to a hybrid work model and can work from our NYC office at least three days per week

Salary: $250K - $315K

What you will do

• Oversee hirify.global deployments in production, from scoping to stable production traffic.
• Apply technical expertise and problem-solving skills to help organizations address real-world challenges, including reviewing solution architectures and co-developing decision logic or AI agents.
• Review solution design and scoping proposals, sequence delivery, and proactively remove blockers, balancing scope, speed, and quality.
• Manage team capacity and improve scalable processes for the Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
• Partner with product management to turn customer needs into actionable product insights.
• Coach and mentor Forward Deployed Engineers, supporting their development and success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
• Experience leading a technical customer-facing team of 3+ direct reports.
• Strong technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing production-grade code using Python and SQL, and understanding of REST APIs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, or equivalent in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience leading a large technical customer-facing team of 5-10 direct reports, with experience in hiring and retaining talent.
• Experience in building AI applications and applying/optimizing statistical and machine learning models.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
