Commercial Loan Administrator, Sr.

Location: Fully onsite in Roseburg, Oregon, United States

Salary: $25.00–$39.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as a primary liaison for commercial customers throughout onboarding and ongoing banking relationships.
• Partner with commercial relationship teams to gather and review underwriting, documentation, and closing information for complex C&I, construction, and term loans.
• Prepare, process, monitor, and maintain loan documents, servicing-system records, customer files, audit materials, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with attorneys and financial or legal resources on accurate loan documents, closing conditions, title matters, insurance, and UCC searches.
• Monitor loan and financial ticklers, resolve customer account and advance requests, and complete GL research, balancing, and certification.
• Provide backup to management and coach, mentor, or train associates as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of banking, loan administration, and documentation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial lending, complex lending structures, letters of credit, borrower-based lending, phased construction, and multiple collateral properties.
• Experience with real estate construction draw analysis, reconciliation, and disbursement.
• Ability to analyze title insurance commitments, title exceptions, and prepare title and escrow instructions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and business software, including Word and Excel; high school diploma/GED and a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline are preferred.
