AI Researcher (Conversational AI)

What you will do

• Lead original research across large language models, dialogue systems, speech, and language understanding.
• Design and run experiments involving model architectures, fine-tuning strategies, and training methodologies.
• Own the research lifecycle from ideation and evaluation through production deployment.
• Apply reinforcement learning, instruction tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and multimodal models to user-facing challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to turn research findings into shipped features.
• Contribute to research direction and the long-term AI roadmap.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or a related field.
• Experience bringing academic research into industry applications.
• Strong publication record at top-tier venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, or NAACL.
• Experience researching and deploying production-grade ML or AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, Transformers, and modern LLM tooling.
• Strong understanding of LLM pretraining, fine-tuning, post-training, and alignment techniques, plus strong coding skills.
