Focus on maintaining ATS data, building recruiting analytics, documenting hiring workflows, and coordinating tools and stakeholders.

What you will do
- Support applicant tracking system administration, including requisition setup, data hygiene, and workflow configuration.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports covering time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source of hire.
- Document and improve Talent Acquisition processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics from offer acceptance through the first day.
- Support vendor and tool administration, job board postings, assessments, sourcing, employer branding, and early-career recruiting projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Detail-oriented and process-minded approach.
- Ability to work from the Boise office.
