Salary: $800,000–$1,100,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Lead the U.S. Program’s education strategy focused on equitable upward mobility and increased credential attainment.
- Translate long-term goals into investment priorities, operating plans, decision rights, metrics, and accountability structures.
- Oversee an integrated portfolio covering K-12 teaching and learning, postsecondary navigation, data and AI infrastructure, advocacy, and system improvement.
- Guide responsible AI and data investments that improve learning, advising, navigation, feedback loops, and system-scale outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders across education, workforce, philanthropy, government, research, technology, business, and communities.
- Lead organizational evolution, strengthen the leadership team and culture, and serve as an enterprise leader alongside the CEO, Chair, Board, and Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Extensive executive experience leading large, complex, multidisciplinary teams and portfolios through strategy, organizational change, and execution.
- Deep understanding of U.S. education, workforce, economic mobility, public systems, policy, funding, data, technology, and community perspectives.
- Track record of translating ambitious goals into coherent strategy, organizational performance, measurable outcomes, and disciplined investment decisions.
- Experience building senior leadership teams, high-performance cultures, trusted partnerships, and system-level change across public, private, nonprofit, philanthropic, research, policy, technology, or community settings.
- Strong commitment to equity and inclusion, with experience applying data, evidence, measurement, learning, and evaluation to strategy and portfolio decisions.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States; immigration-related sponsorship is not provided.

- Advanced degree.
- Familiarity with AI governance, data infrastructure, digital learning, advising, tutoring, assessment, and technology-enabled systems change.
