Senior Information Security Engineer (AI)

Location: Ireland (Remote-First)

Annual gross fixed pay: €84,000–€105,000 plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Participate in threat modeling for application and AI-driven architectures.
• Triage SCA, SAST, DAST, and CSPM findings, remove false positives, and provide validated vulnerabilities to engineering teams.
• Support vulnerability management for networks and infrastructure.
• Conduct security assessments, reviews, and internal penetration tests.
• Coordinate timely remediation of security findings with engineering teams.
• Develop scripts and custom integrations for log analysis, patch management, incident detection, and security tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of application security experience, including threat modeling, secure design reviews, code reviews, or penetration testing.
• Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python or Go.
• Experience with web application penetration testing, web application technologies, and AWS security and engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Terraform, and REST APIs.

• Security certifications such as OSCP, OSWP, eCPPT, eWPT, or Security+.
