Medical Affairs (Regulatory) French Speaker

What you will do

• Prepare HCP contracts from system-generated requests using approved templates.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals about contracts, answer questions, and obtain signatures.
• Request missing information, clarify documentation, and provide work status updates to management.
• Process and reformat incoming files using Excel, Access, and proprietary software.
• Maintain file integrity and quality, identify data errors, and analyze recovery methods.
• Respond to client requests for customized reports and advise Client Service Representatives on deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences is mandatory.
• French speaker and advanced English required.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong Excel and Access skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.

Nice to have

• Background in pharmaceutical compliance.
• Experience with contracts management or report analysis.
• Knowledge of legal contract concepts.
