Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist - Per Diem In-Home Services

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin, and various U.S. locations; local travel within the designated geographic area and in-home patient visits are required.

Salary: $25 per hour, including appointment and travel time; a two-hour minimum is paid.

What you will do

• Collect, label, handle, and transport blood specimens from patients' homes according to laboratory policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform trained clinical screenings, including electrocardiograms and macular edema examinations.
• Maintain a clean mobile work environment and manage clinical equipment and supply inventory.
• Complete visit documentation, mileage logs, and time records accurately and promptly.
• Report adverse events, medical product complaints, and patient inquiries according to applicable guidance.
• Coordinate with hirify.global's clinical coordination team to support treatment initiation and adherence programs.

Requirements

• At least two years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or field setting.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits and lift up to 70 pounds of medical or diagnostic equipment.
• Proficiency with medical equipment and clinical documentation practices.
• Fluent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal skills, and a patient-focused approach.
• Valid driver's license; driving records are reviewed before hire.
• A state-issued CMA or CPT license is required for candidates located in Washington or Louisiana. Drug screening and a background check are required after accepting an offer.

Nice to have

• At least one year of EKG experience.
• Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Technician certification.
