Junior Recruitment Consultant (HR Tech): Managing full-cycle recruitment and talent partnership services while acquiring clients, developing hiring pipelines, and delivering successful placements with an accent on business development, client relationship management, and recruitment operations. Focus on prospecting B2B leads, closing recruitment jobs, meeting placement targets, and coordinating hiring delivery through CRM and stakeholder management.
Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, 200 Pasteur, District 3, Vietnam, Monday to Friday

What you will do
- Manage clients’ full recruitment and headhunting lifecycle.
- Prospect B2B leads through online channels, existing databases, LinkedIn, and other media.
- Introduce recruitment services to domestic and global companies and establish long-term partnerships.
- Manage direct sales from lead generation through closing, after-sales support, client reactivation, and successful placements.
- Develop hiring pipelines, coordinate applications within agreed SLAs, and support customer retention.
- Maintain CRM records, communicate hiring risks and successes to internal stakeholders, and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a relevant field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment consulting, account management, or business development for an HR Tech, recruitment services, or headhunting company.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Experience with prospecting, LinkedIn and social media outreach, cold calls, cold emails, and CRM tools.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, exception-handling, and escalation-management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making, self-motivation, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to targets.
