Senior Platforms Engineer - AI & Data Platforms

What you will do

• Design, operate, and continuously improve cloud, data, and AI-enabled platform services.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, conduct capacity planning, and optimize infrastructure utilization.
• Lead complex platform support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, vendor coordination, and IT service management activities.
• Design backup, disaster recovery, and system recovery solutions, including recovery testing.
• Build highly available and scalable infrastructure, maintain configuration standards, and improve observability, monitoring, alerting, and governance.
• Develop automation utilities and govern CI/CD pipelines for Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Foundry workloads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant platform engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management, networking, system administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and systems integration.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code, DevSecOps, cybersecurity risk management, policy management, and service delivery management.
• Programming and automation experience with .NET, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps workflows.
