What you will do

• Derive and manage cybersecurity requirements for MCU/SoC and software products through threat analysis and requirements specification.
• Research emerging cybersecurity regulations and market trends, including UN R155 for automotive applications.
• Create and communicate cybersecurity roadmaps for internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve cybersecurity requirements management processes.
• Coordinate with global product development and quality assurance departments.
• Provide leadership across departments and in customer or other external engagements.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity development or requirements development for MCU/SoC and software products.
• Understanding of cybersecurity development processes and automotive E/E architectures.
• Deep knowledge of MCU/SoC security use cases, including encryption, secure boot, secure updates, and product lifecycles.
• Experience leading product specification definition as a requirements manager in development projects.
• Experience creating cross-product cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.
• English for daily conversation, approximately TOEIC 600 level, with strong communication skills for coordinating technical matters with customers and management.
