What you will do

• Identify and headhunt active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, with a strong focus on Sales and commercial profiles.
• Conduct talent and competitor mapping and create targeted, personalised outreach strategies.
• Run structured first-stage phone screenings to assess experience, motivation, communication, and role alignment.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and screening notes while collaborating with Recruiters and hiring teams.
• Use AI-enabled sourcing and productivity tools to improve search quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, including proactive candidate identification and headhunting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with first-stage phone screenings, or strong communication skills and willingness to develop quickly in this area.
• Excellent written and spoken English required for engaging candidates across multiple countries and cultures.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or other sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, organisational, and follow-up skills, with resilience and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
