What you will do

• Own sourcing strategies and build pipelines for roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, R&D, and other functions.
• Use market mapping, data, competitive insights, and pipeline metrics to guide sourcing decisions.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles and define strong candidate profiles.
• Apply AI tools, automation, and creative outreach methods to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the talent market.
• Track pipeline health, report results, and continuously improve sourcing processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or talent research experience in a fast-growing startup.
• Experience sourcing across R&D and GTM roles and different regions.
• Active use of AI tools in sourcing workflows.
• Data-driven approach using market data, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates.
• Strong creative outreach, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Cybersecurity experience is preferred.
