TL;DR
Senior HR Business Partner (HR Operations/L&D): Advising leaders and managing strategic and operational HR activities across office and manufacturing teams in Mojokerto with an accent on succession planning, employee relations, Indonesian labor compliance, and learning programs. Focus on guiding organizational transformation, designing training evaluation frameworks, and improving HR operations through HRIS and process automation.
Location: Mojokerto, Indonesia; onsite role supporting office and manufacturing settings

What you will do
- Advise the managing director and department leaders on talent management, succession planning, organizational restructuring, and sensitive employee relations.
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives across office employees and production-floor teams.
- Support compensation reviews, promotion cycles, salary adjustments, leadership coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law, employment contracts, internal regulations, and BPJS statutory benefits.
- Conduct training needs analyses and design, implement, and track pre- and post-training evaluations.
- Partner with department leads and external vendors on leadership workshops and functional upskilling programs while improving HR operations and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably across corporate and manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end learning and development workflows, including training needs analysis, curriculum sourcing, and evaluation.
- Strong, current knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, industrial relations, and BPJS management.
- High proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for communication with local teams and global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with empathy, integrity, and firmness.
Nice to have
- Experience with Personio, Leapsome, Jira, or Confluence.
- Professional HR or training certifications, such as BNSP HR Certification or BNSP Trainer/TOT.
