Technical Deployment Lead (AI)

Location: 100% on-site at a Central region U.S. data center in Elk Grove, IL; Muskogee, OK; Plano, TX; or Round Rock, TX, with up to 60% rotational travel to data centers across the U.S. and Canada.

Base salary: $90,000–$102,000 per year, plus potential bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and deploy new and ongoing data center sites through nationwide travel.
• Implement and document global data center standards.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, networks, and hardware or software failures.
• Perform root cause analysis, on-site audits, maintenance, and follow-up project support.
• Train internal teams and provide technical support to data center teams.
• Develop tools and scripts for updating server and networking hardware.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience assembling and troubleshooting computer hardware.
• Proficiency with Linux and comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of cable management and hardware orientation best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with network engineers and project managers while owning projects and meeting demanding deadlines.
• Ability to travel and work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations; reasonable accommodations are available.
