Level Designer (Unreal)

Location: Hybrid in Yerevan, Armenia

What you will do

• Own level gameplay experiences based on the creative director's vision.
• Create level layouts and build, script, and tune levels to final quality.
• Place and trigger gameplay entities such as movers, objects, and obstacles.
• Collaborate with level artists and other disciplines to align gameplay and visual elements.
• Develop event continuity, pacing, game balance, beat charts, and gameplay tuning.
• Playtest levels, collect feedback, and turn findings into actionable improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in level design and mastery of 3D level design tools.
• Strong knowledge of game editors, including Unreal Engine 4/5.
• Strong creative skills and close attention to creative and technical quality.
• Understanding of gameplay density, spaces, and integration with level art.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of the video game industry and the ability to evaluate experiences from the player's perspective.
