Search and Online Merchandising Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Support the product discoverability roadmap and drive onsite search optimisation across multiple brands.
• Develop data-driven search, visual merchandising, and personalisation strategies.
• Manage digital optimisation projects from concept through delivery and prioritise roadmap improvements.
• Use customer data and journey insights to identify pain points and recommend actionable improvements.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing programmes across search and merchandising platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, mentor the optimisation team, and report performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a digital optimisation role with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in onsite search optimisation and merchandising tools such as Algolia or Attraqt.
• Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing and data interpretation.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and third-party vendor relationship skills.
• Ability to work at the Mansfield, UK location.
