What you will do
- Review portfolio performance, identify customers at risk of default, monitor red flags, and report risk indicators and performance metrics.
- Conduct internal audits across underwriting, collections, welcome, repossession, change-of-details, and related operational processes.
- Design and implement field-based collection approaches, including stronger KYC, underwriting, and customer onboarding practices.
- Review credit policies, recommend updates, and manage portfolio segmentation based on market trends and field findings.
- Track field pilots against success metrics, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure reported fraud cases are investigated and closed within SLA.
- Prepare field reports, maintain risk documentation, conduct industry research, and recommend improvements to sales and collections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related business field.
- More than 10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in audit, risk, credit, data, or related functions.
- Knowledge of data collection and field surveys.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Certification in Credit Management, Business Data, Statistics, Data, or Computer Science is an advantage.
