What you will do
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across BlackRock Aladdin, with a focus on Accounting and Performance.
- Manage QA execution and overall testing progress throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Support testing across relevant Aladdin modules and workflows.
- Coordinate activities across QA, business, technology, and project teams.
- Manage defects, testing risks, progress reporting, and team engagement.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Test Manager or QA Test Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin.
- Experience with Aladdin Accounting and Performance.
- Experience managing QA execution and testing teams.
- Strong asset management experience.
- Strong stakeholder and team engagement skills.
