D365 Business Central Functional Lead (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Qormi, Malta; hybrid work

hirify.global is working with a leading global professional services organisation on its Digital Consulting team.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations across finance, sales, procurement, inventory, and other functional areas.
• Own functional delivery across discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Manage senior client relationships, requirements, scope, risks, budgets, resources, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Lead, coach, and support functional consultants while ensuring delivery quality and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to proposals, estimates, solution demonstrations, and Business Central business development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central.
• Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Business Central and experience leading implementations or ERP workstreams end to end.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and functional delivery.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and client expectations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, with experience coaching, mentoring, or managing functional consultants.
• Fluent English required.

• Consulting or professional services experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics certification.
• Additional European languages.
