Senior Backend Golang Engineer (Golang)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Golang backend services, RESTful APIs, and evolving data contracts.
• Build asynchronous, event-driven communication with reliable messaging, idempotency, error handling, and backward compatibility.
• Develop distributed systems and microservices focused on scalability, resilience, performance, and maintainability.
• Design secure APIs and integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, and Genesys Cloud.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, automated testing, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend development expertise.
• Strong Golang skills, including concurrency and asynchronous workflows.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with AWS, cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, secure API design, authentication, authorization, and identity management.
• Commitment to automated unit and integration testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Protobuf.
• Experience with Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or other observability tools.
• Experience with Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or similar identity and access management solutions.
