Cabin Crew Training Standard and Performance Manager

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the AOC Cabin Crew Instructor and Trainer Standardisation Program.
• Monitor instructor standardisation, competencies, performance, documentation, and training delivery across cabin crew programs.
• Develop training materials, publish guidance, and maintain processes for instructor selection and qualification.
• Track training KPIs, establish performance targets, and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.
• Define remedial training plans, manage training failures and underperformance, and lead root cause analysis workshops.
• Introduce modern training methodologies and coordinate with cabin crew training managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years in crew training or airline operations.
• Current or previous Cabin Crew Attestation and experience as a Cabin Crew Standardisation Instructor.
• Knowledge of aviation training regulations and EASA, IOSA, HUCAA, and UKCAA compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and specialised training in line with GT OMM.
• Native or near-native English proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Knowledge of WIZZ flight operations, aviation management systems, presentation, feedback, coaching, and Microsoft Office tools.
