Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid remote/in-office

What you will do
- Develop analytical solutions, predictive models, ad-hoc analyses, and production-level code.
- Help build and maintain machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model training.
- Automate analytical workflows and improve operational efficiency, delivery speed, and cost effectiveness.
- Test automated solutions, support deployment, conduct code reviews, and prepare technical documentation.
- Deliver proofs of concept and translate client requirements into analytical or technical solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, clients, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hybrid work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- At least 1 year of technical software development experience and the ability to write production-level code in Python, C++, or another general-purpose language.
- Knowledge of large-scale data processing technologies such as Hadoop and Spark, plus graph or time-series databases.
- Exposure to natural language processing and unstructured-data analysis.
- Experience or familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, REST APIs, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Advanced degree or equivalent in machine learning, computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field; fluent English required.
