Recruitment Sourcer - Tech Talent Acquisition (Internship)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; on-site work several days a week (80%) with remote work supported when appropriate (20%).

Salary: €600–€800 per month.

What you will do

• Source and engage engineering, data, and product candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools.
• Review applications and resumes, shortlist candidates, and support phone screenings.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and maintain an efficient recruitment process.
• Build and maintain structured talent pools and accurate candidate databases.
• Support employer branding through social media and other channels.
• Use AI tools and sourcing metrics to improve outreach, funnel performance, response rates, and conversions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; practical recruitment experience may be considered instead.
• Genuine interest in technology and recruitment.
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Curiosity about and practical interest in AI tools.
• Strong English communication skills and Spanish at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, or job boards.
• Experience using AI tools for recruiting or research.
• Interest in technology and startup environments.
