Head of GTM Systems & AI

Location: Remote, anywhere in Germany; Berlin is listed as the role location.

What you will do

• Own the GTM AI operating model, including skills, agent evaluations, cost, adoption, and ROI.
• Design the long-term commercial technology stack across CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and web operations.
• Build AI agents and scalable systems that solve business problems across the revenue organization.
• Lead and coach five senior individual contributors across Salesforce, marketing and BDR systems, customer success systems, and web operations.
• Manage vendor evaluations, quarterly keep-or-kill reviews, renewals, documentation, testing, and deployment standards.
• Drive adoption, change management, quarterly planning, and a 12–18 month systems and AI roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS, technical product management, consulting, or an adjacent field involving shipped systems.
• Experience turning ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling and identifying where AI should or should not automate work.
• Fluency with modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment, routing, attribution, billing, or customer lifecycle tools.
• Experience building AI agents, plugins, LLM-based skills, business-system connectors, and agent evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to define KPIs, run experiments, prioritize investments, measure impact, communicate with executives, and drive adoption.
• Fluent English required; French at B2 level or equivalent.
