AI Transformation Lead

Location: Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid work with approximately 3 days from home and 2 days in the office; headquarters are in Stodůlky.

What you will do

• Lead and govern the AI transformation portfolio, prioritizing the highest-value opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that redesign end-to-end processes and ways of working.
• Accelerate adoption of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and other approved technologies.
• Partner with business, Finance, HR, and technology leaders to deliver measurable productivity, customer experience, revenue, and efficiency improvements.
• Define and embed Human + AI operating models across key business domains.
• Advise the CEO and Executive Committee on AI strategy, priorities, investments, and progress.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in business transformation, strategy, consulting, operational excellence, digital transformation, or large-scale change programmes.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with measurable business results.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development and value realization.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, with strong programme leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Ability to operate across business, technology, operations, and people agendas.

• Experience in telecommunications, technology, consulting, banking, or other large and complex organizations.
