Salary: €2,900–€4,800 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation and location-specific benefits.

What you will do
- Support the department head with strategic planning, priority tracking, and alignment with Group Underwriting and organizational goals.
- Coordinate leadership-team meetings, agendas, communications, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Lead and contribute to departmental and Group Underwriting projects and initiatives.
- Support financial and headcount planning, including budget inputs and KPI monitoring.
- Track departmental costs, provide actionable insights, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Engage stakeholders across Group Underwriting and organize knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant project and/or process management experience with a record of delivering results at a senior level.
- Experience with people and cost planning, budgets, KPI monitoring, and operational risk controls.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder audiences.
- Strong prioritization, planning, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential.
- A collaborative approach and readiness to support colleagues across the organization.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree.
- Experience in the reinsurance or insurance industry.
- Understanding of underwriting processes.
- Additional language skills.
