Student Worker - Administration & Digital Tools (AI)

Location: Brande, Midtjylland, Denmark; hybrid work with office presence required at least 1–2 days per week.

What you will do

• Review department procedures and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Build and improve digital solutions using AI, Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Structure and maintain accessible documentation to support knowledge sharing.
• Support project managers with organizing and structuring their work.
• Develop more complex applications for internal systems as responsibilities grow.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recently started a master’s degree in Value Chain Management, Technology-Based Business Development, engineering, or a related field.
• Ideally have at least two years of studies remaining.
• Curious, proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable asking questions and collaborating.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or SharePoint.
• Danish language skills.
