People Operations Generalist (Employee Relations/HR Compliance): Managing employee relations, leave-of-absence processes, offboarding, workforce metrics, and company policies for a growing organization with an accent on employee support and legal compliance. Focus on conducting investigations, analyzing engagement and retention trends, partnering with managers, and communicating policies clearly across the organization.
Location: Hybrid role based in Guadalajara, Mexico

is building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System that helps revenue teams make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews.
- Manage leave-of-absence tracking and offboarding processes.
- Partner with managers to provide consistent, high-quality employee support.
- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend actions that improve engagement and retention.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and compliance projects.
- Write clear corporate communications for employees at all organizational levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program management.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a demanding environment with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working across organizational levels.
- High attention to detail and empathy when supporting employees.

- Experience with HiBob HRIS.
