Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Marsa, Malta; onsite operational environment

Salary: Minimum €24,000 annually, excluding allowances, overtime, and bonuses.

What you will do

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned production equipment.
• Operate and monitor equipment to maintain performance, product quality, and production schedules.
• Support engineering with the installation, validation, and implementation of new processes and improvements.
• Follow environmental, health, safety, regulatory, and process-specific requirements.
• Maintain digital maintenance and production records and report equipment issues and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace in line with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements

• Fully qualified at MQF Level 4 in an electrical or mechanical qualification.
• Proven experience as a production technician or in a similar role.
• Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment and knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform hands-on work involving movement throughout the facility and equipment handling.

Nice to have

• Wireman Licence A and/or B.
