TL;DR
Analyst (Payments): Supporting consulting and analytics projects for Visa clients in the Dominican Republic with an accent on project planning, payment solutions, client adoption, and performance analysis. Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do
- Support project plans, action plans, governance models, schedules, and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
- Deliver consulting initiatives and monitor project execution, performance, results, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and deliver initiatives that improve client adoption and use of products and tools.
- Analyze information to prepare business cases, project results, and commercial initiatives.
- Build client relationships and collaborate with subject-matter experts to resolve complex issues and improve client performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience with a bachelor's or advanced degree.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, finance, or business administration, or an advanced degree.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, prioritization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal Spanish and English.
- Ability to work from the Santo Domingo office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Three or more years of work experience, particularly in payments, payment processing, financial services, consulting, or a similar field.
- Experience with payment industry products, network solutions, or payment processing.
- Experience working across countries and time zones.
