Monitoring Representative (IoT)

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo; office-based or hybrid options available.

What you will do

• Monitor shipments through the hirify.global platform.
• Address and resolve alerts triggered by hirify.global tracking devices.
• Engage proachirify.globally with customers and transportation partners.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, support, retail, sales, or an internship.
• Exceptional English communication skills and a professional presence on the phone and by email.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a reliable work ethic, and effechirify.global organization and time management.
• Creahirify.global problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• An empathetic, posihirify.global attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers succeed.

Nice to have

• Experience working with remote coworkers in other time zones.
• Experience in the supply chain industry or with truckers, dispatchers, carriers, or 3PLs.
• Experience with customer support tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Additional language skills, including German, Spanish, or Mandarin.
