Digital Workspace Manager (Microsoft Intune)

Location: Łódź, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Łódź office

Annual gross salary: PLN 210,000–330,000

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of endpoint management and workplace technology professionals.
• Own the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operational delivery of endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and Apple device management.
• Define standards for endpoint configuration, security, compliance, software deployment, patching, and device lifecycle management.
• Oversee Windows and macOS device onboarding, refresh, retirement, hardware standardization, and operating system updates.
• Support onsite IT teams globally and partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Procurement, End User Services, and technology vendors.
• Establish service metrics and lead workplace technology modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in endpoint management, workplace technology, end-user computing, or related IT functions.
• Previous experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and modern device management.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS environments in a large enterprise, including endpoint security, compliance, deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and vendor management skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Jamf, endpoint security technologies, or Zero Trust principles.
• ITIL certification or experience implementing IT Service Management practices.
• Experience leading endpoint modernization or digital workplace transformation initiatives.
