Focus on shaping regulatory pathways, resolving complex compliance issues, influencing health authorities, and developing Regulatory Affairs capability.

What you will do

  • Lead regulatory strategies and market access plans for the Personal Healthcare portfolio across Indonesia and the Philippines.
  • Oversee product registrations, variations, renewals, line extensions, post-approval changes, discontinuations, and regulatory submissions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on product classification, ingredients, formulations, labeling, artwork, packaging, claims, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and communicate regulatory risks while ensuring continued product compliance and business continuity.
  • Engage with health authorities, industry associations, scientific organizations, and external stakeholders to influence regulatory policy and implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams, coach Regulatory Affairs professionals, and strengthen regulatory capability and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, preferably in the FMCG or Healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science; Pharmacy is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3–5 years of relevant advocacy experience is required, including stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and regulatory or government affairs.
  • Experience with one or more of the following categories: drugs, health supplements, quasi-medicines, cosmetics, traditional medicines, or food.
  • Ability to operate independently as a senior regulatory authority, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex regulatory matters.
  • Experience across more than two product categories is preferred.
