Customer Service Representative (1-Year Contract)

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; onsite-to-hybrid with one day per week in the office

hirify.global is a global materials science and digital identification solutions company operating in more than 50 countries, with an Istanbul site supporting its Apparel Solutions division.

What you will do

• Manage customer accounts, order processing, order tracking, delivery schedules, and complete order fulfillment.
• Document customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of order status and progress in computer systems.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and diplomatically.
• Identify service improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
• Communicate supply chain challenges proactively and present viable alternative solutions to customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related discipline.
• Experience in the textile industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data entry, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Availability for a 12-month fixed-term contract and the Istanbul onsite-to-hybrid arrangement.
