Junior Recruiter (German-speaking) (Recruiting/Talent Acquisition): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple departments with an accent on German-language candidate communication, interviews, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on identifying talent, delivering an efficient candidate experience, and developing hiring strategies in an international automotive technology company.
Location: Hybrid in Pristina, Kosovo; Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Office: Rruga Tirana, Lakrisht – Icon Tower, 4th floor.

What you will do
- Manage the complete recruitment process for multiple departments.
- Conduct interviews and identify suitable candidates.
- Manage applicants and coordinate interviews and appointments with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with departments and provide professional recruiting support.
- Monitor recruiting trends and contribute ideas to improve hiring strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent German is mandatory.
- Experience in recruiting, preferably in an international company.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
- Structured working style and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
- Regular employment under Kosovo law.
