Social Content Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid work with office attendance averaging four days per week.

What you will do

• Coordinate monthly publication planning and ensure delivery of the publication calendar.
• Manage brand communities across social media channels.
• Prepare social media performance reports for brands.
• Support the implementation of annual content strategies and participate in creative briefings for brand activations.
• Conduct regular status and planning meetings with clients.
• Develop creative copywriting for social media.

Requirements

• At least four years of social media management experience in an agency environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both oral and written.
• Strong organization, autonomy, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and TikTok.
• Practical experience in content management and client management.
• Creativity and a strong visual culture.
