TL;DR
Content Design Intern (UX Writing/Content Design): Crafting UX content for customer journey touchpoints in an international refurbished-tech marketplace with an accent on user-focused writing, localization, and brand voice. Focus on researching user challenges, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and improving website and app messaging across 18 languages.
Location: Paris, France; on-site role with a hybrid work environment including two remote days per week, one remote work week per quarter, and three flex days.
Salary: €1,200–€1,400 per month, depending on study level.

What you will do
- Craft UX content for different parts of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with content designers and writers to proofread and edit copy under deadline.
- Work with product managers, designers, researchers, brand teams, translators, and the Localization team to adapt content for 18 languages.
- Participate in user research to understand customer challenges and improve the experience.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for improving website and app copy.
Requirements
- Academic or bootcamp training in UX writing or content design, or relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with an in-house glossary and style guide.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing to a brand tone of voice.
- Fluent English writing and speaking skills at C2 or native level.
- A French school must provide the required internship agreement (convention de stage).
- Availability for a full-time, six-month internship starting in January 2027, working 35 hours per week in Paris.
