GenAI Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap and production operation of the internal AI platform deployed on Azure AKS.
• Design and deploy business AI agents with system prompts, tools, knowledge bases, and Business Unit-level access controls.
• Manage LLM routing, proxies, guardrails, token quotas, cost controls, and the transition toward a multi-tenant platform.
• Design and operate MCP servers and connectors for Atlassian, web search, SharePoint, and other business tools.
• Define and roll out AI-assisted Development Lifecycle standards across code review, generation, testing, and documentation.
• Advise IT teams on GenAI architecture, model selection, security, GDPR, EU AI Act compliance, and production adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years building and operating production GenAI or LLM systems.
• Experience deploying and operating AI platforms on cloud infrastructure; Azure is preferred, while AWS or GCP are accepted.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, RAG, vector indexing, prompt engineering, multi-agent chains, MCP, LLM proxies, and guardrails.
• Experience with Kubernetes, AKS, Helm, Docker, CI/CD, secrets management, monitoring, and cloud security.
• Strong development experience with Python and Node.js/TypeScript, plus databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MeiliSearch.
• Professional English required for documentation and international meetings; French is a plus.
