TL;DR
Content Working Student (content localization and AI): Translating, localising, editing, and publishing Dutch and German mental well-being content with an accent on natural language, readability, consistency, and brand voice. Focus on refining AI-generated drafts, adapting content for DACH and Benelux audiences, and developing engaging articles, newsletters, and other materials.
Location: Amsterdam, with a hybrid work model and options for remote work; preferably working from the Amsterdam office 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Translate and localise articles, newsletters, and other materials for Dutch- and German-speaking audiences.
- Research, edit, and publish content across ’s platform and communications.
- Optimise content for readability, clarity, consistency, and engagement.
- Refine AI-generated drafts so they read naturally and remain aligned with the brand voice.
- Contribute creative ideas to expand and improve the content offering.
Requirements
- Native German and Dutch speaker required.
- Fluent English required.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an affinity for clear, engaging messaging.
- Experience using AI to support content workflows while maintaining an individual voice and high-quality localisation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow content guidelines and brand tone of voice.
- Availability for 3 days per week; preferably working from the Amsterdam office.
