Senior External Development Producer (Gaming)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid or full-time in-office work, with relocation required

Salary: 20,100–31,790 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Coordinate development teams through milestone deliveries and console submissions.
• Evaluate product milestones and provide feedback to development teams.
• Plan and apply development processes, tools, and tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while contributing to successful delivery.
• Synchronize planning and communication between external partners, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Support business and legal negotiations, budgeting, contract creation, and build preparation for external partners.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Release Manager in the gaming industry.
• Experience shipping complex game projects, including AAA or innovative mobile titles.
• Experience working across teams throughout the game development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of game development, production processes, software development lifecycles, and related tools.
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and project-tracking skills.
• Fluent English is required.
