Senior Client Service Analyst (Power BI/SQL)

What you will do

• Own the quality and timely delivery of client reports, including pre-release checks, data verification, and investigation of data variances.
• Control data and report generation processes and coordinate with internal and external data stakeholders.
• Analyze complex client queries and provide data interpretation, business insights, and customized solutions.
• Support internal and external project meetings, service reviews, and resolution of first- and second-line service issues.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, research, audits, and data validation to identify trends and maintain procedural compliance.
• Improve and streamline operations while supporting proposals, contract renewals, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Technical and analytical skills, including Power BI and SQL.
• Understanding of the Vietnam healthcare market.
• Business acumen, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and servicing skills.
• Experience with matrix management, collaboration, and teamwork.
