What you will do
- Design and implement compliance monitoring programs, including forensic testing, data analysis, risk-based reviews, and control testing.
- Review marketing materials and business activities for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance policies, procedures, governance materials, guidelines, and controls.
- Coordinate audit requests and examinations, document findings, and support remediation of control gaps.
- Assess regulatory developments and support related policy, training, monitoring, and control enhancements.
- Prepare management reports on monitoring activities, results, trends, metrics, and emerging risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in investment management, audit, financial services, or a related industry.
- Understanding of fund management operations, practices, procedures, and controls.
- Strong organization, communication, presentation, problem-solving, partnership, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently, drive solutions, exercise sound judgment, and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Knowledge of assessing and implementing regulations in relevant jurisdictions is advantageous.
