Senior Product Manager (Investments)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with three days per week in-office on Tuesday, Thursday, and one additional chosen day, with extra remote time available by request.

Salary: €68,000–€87,000 gross per annum.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for investment products including ETFs, stocks, ready-made funds, money market funds, and pension funds.
• Size opportunities and take products from discovery through feature delivery and iteration.
• Balance simple customer experiences with the regulatory and product complexity of investment services.
• Work closely with compliance, legal, design, and engineering teams.
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and support-ticket analysis to inform product decisions.
• Track and own KPIs including activation, adoption, assets under management, and transaction volumes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven investment-sector expertise and genuine interest in finance.
• Experience with regulated products such as investing, lending, or insurance is preferred.
• Data-driven approach to forming hypotheses, validating them, and using analytics for decisions.
• User-centric mindset with a focus on direct feedback and research.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with designers and engineers.
