Product Manager (Investments)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with three days per week in-office

Salary: €50,000–€70,000 gross per annum

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for investment products including ETFs, stocks, ready-made funds, money market funds, and pension funds.
• Size opportunities and use data and user research to guide products from discovery through launch.
• Balance simple consumer experiences with the regulatory and product complexity of investment services.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal on regulated investment products.
• Work daily with design and engineering to define specifications, ship features, and iterate.
• Track and report KPIs including activation, adoption, assets under management, and volumes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven investment-industry expertise and a strong interest in finance.
• Experience with regulated products such as investing, lending, or insurance is preferred.
• Data-driven approach to forming hypotheses, validating them, and using analytics for decisions.
• Strong user-research and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Availability to work from Milan, Italy, with three office days per week.
